The menu is grounded in a Modern Australian Asian approach, drawing on premium Western Australian produce and applying refined global technique. From Margaret River Wagyu to Fremantle seafood and local truffles, every dish reflects strong provenance and careful execution.
Led by Culinary Director Oliver “Oli” Buenviaje, the kitchen reflects over two decades of international experience across some of the world’s most respected dining rooms. His approach is simple and focused, honest cooking, thoughtful technique and a commitment to delivering a restaurant guests want to return to.
