Step into a world of rare flavour and refined elegance as Olio’s Fine Food presents Truffle Alchemy, returning to Perth with celebrated chefs Oliver Buenviaje and Jed Gerrard. After last year’s success, the duo join forces again, bringing their signature style and precision to a seasonal celebration of Western Australian truffles.

The duo’s combined creative vision transforms the former historic space at Residence on Langley Park, once occupied by Gershwin’s during Perth’s white-glove fine dining era of the 70s and 80s, into an intimate truffle-focused pop-up dining destination. Nostalgically reawakening the iconic venue, the experience blends luxury dining with a warm and engaging atmosphere.

Each course highlights the season’s finest black truffles from Below & Above Truffles, paired with local and global ingredients and curated wines to create an unforgettable culinary journey. Expect elegant canapés, beautifully plated courses, and a finale that celebrates both technique and terroir.
